Prime Minister Dr. Osama Hamad met with the General Director of the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL), Weam Al-Abdali, to discuss ways to enhance the sector’s performance and address challenges facing the electrical grid.
Hamad emphasized the importance of restructuring the sector and reducing bureaucracy, while Al-Abdali presented plans for infrastructure modernization and company restructuring to improve efficiency and ensure a sustainable power supply.
